This is the expanded FAQ draft. I did not find a clean dataset of actual business-number text FAQs in GBrain/vault, so this is built from the existing site FAQ plus common DFP operational questions. Review before go-live.
What is your turnaround time?
Most listing media is delivered the next day. Rush and same-day delivery may be available for an added fee depending on shoot timing and workload.
How do I book a shoot?
Book online through Aryeo or text the office at 385.334.4844. If you are not sure which package to choose, text us the property address and goal.
How do I get my final media?
You will receive a delivery email with links to download your photos, video, tours, floor plans, and other media.
How and when do I pay?
Payment instructions are included with delivery. Some media may be blocked from download until payment depending on the order and account setup.
Do you charge travel fees?
DFP generally covers Logan to Provo and surrounding areas. Long-distance or unusual access shoots may need a quote.
Do you have Supra access?
Yes. We can use Supra, meet the seller, meet the agent, or use an access code if provided.
What should sellers do before the shoot?
Clean, declutter, turn on lights, open blinds, hide personal items, clear counters, remove cars from the driveway, and secure pets.
Do photographers move furniture or clean?
No. The property should be photo-ready when we arrive. We can make small adjustments, but we are not a cleaning or staging crew.
Can you shoot if the weather is bad?
Usually yes for interiors. Aerial, exterior, twilight, and video may need rescheduling if weather makes the media look bad or unsafe.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, text us as soon as possible. Weather and seller-access issues happen. Last-minute changes may affect availability.
What is the difference between real twilight and virtual twilight?
Real twilight is photographed on site around dusk. Virtual twilight is digitally edited from daytime photos. Real twilight looks more premium. Virtual twilight is cheaper and faster.
Do you offer aerial photos and video?
Yes. Aerial options are available for listings where airspace, weather, and property conditions allow safe flight.
Do you offer cinematic video?
Yes. Cinematic video is for higher-end listings and brand-forward agents. The sample video on the staged page is still a placeholder before go-live.
Do you offer Matterport or 3D tours?
Yes. Options include Matterport, Zillow 3D Home, and advanced 3D/floor plan packages depending on what the listing needs.
Can you add floor plans?
Yes. 2D, enhanced 2D, and 3D floor plan options are available.
Can you do same-day delivery?
Sometimes. Same-day delivery is a paid add-on and depends on shoot timing, media type, and production load.
Can agents be on camera?
Yes for packages that include on-camera or SMV Plus style coverage. Basic SMV may use property or client-provided B-roll only.
Who owns the media?
Licensing terms are governed by DFP terms and conditions. Listing media is intended for marketing the active listing unless extended use is purchased.
Can builders, designers, or brands use the media?
Yes, but commercial or extended-use licensing may apply. Ask before using listing media for non-listing marketing.
What if I need something not listed?
Text us. If it is media-adjacent, we can usually quote it or point you to the right option.
